Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs; in that case you'll be fully refunded.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include UK VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use

Use your chair according to the included instructions. Do not exceed the maximum load of 181 kg.

Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in addition to your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to purribox and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
