We want you to love your chair. If you don't, you can return it.

60-day free returns

You may return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Conditions

• Items should be returned with all parts (chair, battery pack, footrest stool) and, where possible, the original packaging.
• Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange collection.

How to start a return

Email contact@purribox.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions and a prepaid label or collection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund at no cost. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
